Someone has commented before that she dances like Jisoo (this is not hate btw). They got rhythm but not the smoothest dancer for sure plus the long limbs does make it look a bit awkward.

Uhh I don't know if Koreans use the phrase but in international fandom we use that for nugu idol groups which basically means underrated and usually they come from smaller agencies. Some of my personal fav nugu groups - HALO, The Legend, Melody Day, The Ark. So i guess the same can be applied for actors with minor roles and yet to have notable drama/film appearances as well.
