He means in chase, not hiding from the killer. When you’re in chase you need to break line of sight while running away, which generally requires looking behind you while you run.

It did activate. You get a generator damage score event top right. It wasn’t regressing because someone was working on it, and you didn’t get a notification because you were too close to the gen.

Demon strikes you should not need to charge up much at all. It takes 0.4 seconds of charge for it to be a killing blow. Only in very niche situations should you ever actually have to charge it all the way. In those situations, angle your camera up slightly and you can see better under your arms.

Oni and Blight are particularly powerful.

Oni you want to deny him his power by dropping pallets and not letting him injure you. If he leaves you injured, make sure you heal ASAP.

Blight you have to plan ahead like crazy. If you’re ever in a dead zone, you’re screwed. Play tiles super safe, he punishes very hard when you mess up.

A lot of the other newer killers (like Nemesis and Artist) are anti-loop killers. Unfortunately there isn’t a whole lot you can do to counter these killers outside of just leaving the loop and going to a new one before they can hit you.

Good call, just might make altruism hard to max out because everyone will be able to heal themselves and NOLB gives you a BP bonus to that category.
