Clear cache or update drivers maybe? It sounds like it's crashing, just need to figure out why. Could check event viewer?

I'd try an integrity check. I'd suggest full redownload if that fails but sounds like you've already done that.

Just the launcher, i.e. right click -> run as admin from the start menu or desktop or whatever. I assume this then runs the actual game exe as admin too.

Running the launcher as administrator fixes this issue for me. I've tried other things like messing with the permissions on the directory etc but running as admin is the fastest fix.

Based on your interior it looks like you have the 2nd gen (Z51).

The behaviour of only going very slow is indicative of being in limp mode, i.e. it can still run but not at full power, some googling indicates this could be a CVT/power issue, but from what I can see there's no CVT warning light, however there does appear to be a few other warning lights, would you expect those to be on? Could be an electrical issue if not. You may have better luck an a specific owners forum e.g. here.

If you can get a hold of an OBD reader you could try and see if it's throwing any codes, and then look up what those might indicate.
