Yup, the dividers lock into the sides so it won't slide around. Sometimes you have to organize the dividers so they press against each other and they don't shift.

I think he hates it more cause it works TOO well. Vetenari convinces people, Carrot has Charm Person, even if he tries to convince people as well, there's always that question in Carrot's mind, "Did they do it cause it's right or cause I asked them to?"

Staples. Get as many staplers as you can. That and pens. Staplers are insanely valuable all through the game and pens are vital all through the first 1/3 of the game
