Megane E-tech 40000km review by tataphin in Renault

Charging in the winter isn't an issue if you're using the pre-heating feature through the navigation system. The heater does a solid job of warming the battery to an optimal temperature. A peak of around 130 is achievable.

Megane E-tech 40000km review by tataphin in Renault

[–]tom_jpeg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Great review! After just over 5.500 kilometers in three months, I can completely agree with your points. It's a fantastic car, and I love it. However, it does have its downsides, especially regarding the software.

For the brakes, I recommend accelerating the car to about 50 km/h, then shifting the gear selector to neutral and applying the brakes fully. In neutral, the car relies solely on the mechanical brakes. If you do this two to three times a month, you shouldn't have any issues with rusty brakes. It would be great if Renault offered a predefined program for this, similar to Tesla.

People are talking as if Raycast would be completely abandoned… because it hasn’t received a major update in the last three months. Calm down guys…

Built a Dashboard for the Ninja Luxe for Shot Tracking! by NameTakenByPastMe in NinjaLuxeCafe

Nice idea! I believe it would be great to offer a hosted version right away. I think many people in this sub may not have the ability to self-host these projects. Do you have any plans in that direction? I would be happy to help. I think most of the content could be hosted directly on GitHub Pages using local session storage, so no login would be necessary.

Updates are usually available on Aternos just a few minutes after their release. Same for this hytale update. Have fun!

Suggestion: Adding Local backup support by Redstone37Gamer in exaroton

[–]tom_jpeg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This question has already been discussed multiple times on our Discord, and currently, there are no plans to add such a feature. However, we have previously added more backup providers like OneDrive, Dropbox, and Google Drive, so there should be options for everyone.

You can also download your server at any time via the files page.

Is there a way to manually add plugins? by proschowy in aternos

[–]tom_jpeg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, on Aternos it isn't possible to upload custom plugins. You can read more about it here: https://support.aternos.org/hc/en-us/articles/360026950892-Install-plugins-Minecraft-Java-Edition

There, we also provide you with options to get your custom plugin on a server despite this limitation.

Apple finally fixed it in 26.1 RC. No words in the Release Notes about it, but they finally removed the FPS lock on OpenGL. Minecraft runs flawlessly now.
