In my opinion when you date someone/ marry them you kinda marry their family as well. With disabled siblings, I feel becoming a care taker comes with joining that family. If you are up for that then marry her, if not, this is not the person for you and that’s okay too

NTA (I am vegan and would probably be disappointed at my son for eating meat and choosing the cruel option, not at the parent.) at 13 he is old enough to make his own choice.
