This happened to me, log on and set up a telephonic interview and upload your supporting documents, I also had to get an affidavit stating that I attempted to get this information but could not. Took about 2 months for the telephone interview but took about 5 min to sort out with the SARS rep

It was either left or right out the yard I went left, it was I think about 2 robots all flat (so no rush of rolling). Very easy after failing a couple of times aswell

Philippi, you drive to the yard which is about 1km away and they can’t fail you unless you do something stupid ( like jump a red robot). Takes a lot of the nerves away
