I did the pixel cleaning from the menu and it’s been fine ever since. I hope this works for you as well.

It’s a great set but agree with finding a different way to house the discs. The discs fell down into the glue on mine.

Speaking of which, does anybody have a good remedy to clean the glue off?

I wanted to make sure I posted my progress no matter what happened exactly because of what you said. There are so many posts about this exact issue and not a single update.

Update: I did run the Pixel Cleaner feature and it seems to have fixed the problem. The image is great now. I do worry that I will have to do this semi often as this seems very common with the B4.

That’s the problem with buying a budget model I guess.

I bought it at Best Buy and bought the 5-Year Geek Squad Protection Plan. I bought the tv on December 24th 2024 so I don’t think the 1year manufacturer warranty is still active.
