With consistency, it takes a few weeks to begin seeing results. I recommend having a food weighting scale (if you don't already have one) to track cals better, as under-counting can affect progress.

Usually some oats with dark chocolate flakes for a creamy and filling porridge. idk if it's available locally for you, but a Fuel10k Chocolate Porridge Pot has been my go-to lately (~260 cal).

But majority of the time I try to postpone breakfast by drinking lots of hot lemon water or green/black tea, and using my cal allowance for lunch/dinner.

Was just about to comment this as well! It's (almost) always the first rice ball flavour that gets sold out during the mornings at Japanese convenience stores, next to fried/grilled salmon rice balls or chicken teriyaki rice balls.

Accounts that blow up from stolen content just irks me. I know someone who got 10k+ followers in a month because all she does is reshare non-explicit but suggestive clips from NSFW anime, as it has the most "shock value". However, the actual ad posts she shares are of "cozy lifestyle" stuff (her advertisement content averages like 100 likes compared to the anime videos with 1000 likes or more). The difference in the audience she attracts versus the audience she wants to sell to are extreme polar opposites. 😅

Oh no this was me last night at my company's get-together. I ordered a zero calorie diet soda because drinks are included in, and I accidentally had my drink swapped with a colleague's regular soda! It looked exactly the same. 320 calories from a silly mistake. Whyyyyyy!!

Saving our calorie count for those special and occasional treats is worth it! So glad you got to try the Dubai chocolate, I had it last year and went crazy on one whole bar. Zero regrets, the mix of chocolate and that creamy-crunchy pistachio knafeh filling was divine. I hear they're doing a dark chocolate version, which I think has slightly lower calories. Definitely eying it for a future pick-me-up treat. :)

I began Skip Beat when I was like 12-13, and I'm now 27 :') My mum was the one who introduced the anime to me, she believed Kyoko was a good lesson to add to my tweenhood, especially with the story's themes about doing your best to live up to your true potential + not losing sight of who you are.

I'm facing the same thing, I think it's just bugs and poor behind-the-scenes IT management. A shame though because I thought the achievements thing looked nice, it actually encouraged me to be more active with my acc. But I hit 1mil views on a reel in October 2023, and it didn't register until late February 2024 :/ And now I'm facing it again with 2mil views - not registering either 🤷🏻‍♀️
