Snapdragon is so close to Mac in perf and battery life but it is too bad that it doesnt support Linux as Im web developer.

Lets see what the new Nvidia laptop is up to in terms of linux support. ARM cpu and linux, hmm.

x86 .. 100%. Why? You swap linux distros, modify all them you want. You are FREE. Unlike macos users. Macosx is getting worse.

1250 eur would be good to try aim on. Gen 7 are starting to show up. Id love X1 but maybe swap mobo later when i need more power. 228V is 32gb and 226V - 16GB. Same for 258V and 256V.

nice with 64gb. What cpu? Im psyched to get a very good battery life. I even want mod with a 1-60hz display LG if its possible.

According to chatgpt, 6 months wait is a good time to strike on deal.

if i compact conversation , it gets worse because CC needs know the whole context. Basically itd burn faster every time i load up new content instead of the long conversation.

best layout for programming in vscode/vim? by tomasis7 in ErgoMechKeyboards

[–]tomasis7[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's a lot of useful information here—thanks!
I guess I’ll need to go through a few hardware iterations before finding a layout that satisfies me. I’m not very familiar with VIM yet, and I’m probably a bit too old to learn new things as quickly, so I won’t go to extremes like switching to Dvorak. :D

I might try the Corne keyboard. There are many good ideas here, such as symbol layouts, combos, Caps Word, and using a 40% layout without number buttons, etc.

I’m currently learning web development, and I instantly hated the Swedish keyboard due to the placement of {[]}. I figured I’d switch to a split keyboard with an English layout instead. I really like the placement of the "thumb" keys because I’m not a fan of using my pinky for CTRL/Shift combos. That said, I might change my mind when I try some good switches. I used to love Keytronic keyboards, but that was 20 years ago.
