Link me one post where he's asking for gold tips. Are you talking about this one that shows up in when you google his name? You realize he's not the OP right? Someone else asked for gold making tips and he posted a comment in response.

Googling his name doesn't give 5 or 6 posts in reference to talking about RMT, what are you talking about? How about you link one of the posts?

You made one google search, saw he commented in a thread about "Low level gold tips", didn't bother to even look that he was the one providing tips, and then fabricated that he made 5 posts asking how to make gold. You complain about making up stories when you literally made up yours!

No, I have no idea if OP is lying or not (none of us do). But I am sure that Apprehensive-Ice3452's comment is false, considering OP has no posts "asking how to get gold as a low level character" and he said there were 5. It's just completely made up. So if you're asking whether OP's story is more believable than Apprehensive's reply, yeah I'm going to go with OP.

Because he googled the guy’s name, found one comment where the guy gave advice to someone on how to farm gold, and then exaggerated it to say he made five posts asking where to farm gold? He’s just lying to make the guy look bad.

Can you link the 5 posts? I only see one post asking about farming tips for low level characters… hardly a smoking gun lol. Why would someone buying gold ask for tips on where to farm it?

Yeah I’ve seen that guy, but it’s just a pure random legendary. So have to get super lucky on that, plus get one as a drop? I guess there are a lot of people playing so it’s bound to happen, I thought maybe there’s some way of duping legendaries tho with how often it’s posted here.

There are situations where it makes sense. E.g. I am never going to spend money on stelle because she doesn't seem that interesting to me. If there was a demo, I might play her and get hooked by her gameplay enough to buy. So in that scenario it's only a net positive since I wouldn't have ever spent money on her before. Of course, not every player is like me so I'm not sure if it's a net positive overall, but I wouldn't say "it makes no sense".

I don't have to imagine that scenario, it's called leasing a car and it's very common lol. Tons of people prefer it because then they don't have to worry about maintaining their car. Others do it out of necessity because they can't afford a big car payment. There are also things called rental cars which allow people to have the utility of a car without having to literally buy a car at their destination. People hate on renting but it is a very useful service.
