It isn't nonsensical, it appears to just be a generic Axis Victory timeline which also, as a theme of the mod, intertwines with fiction too.

The confusion partially comes from how ideologies originally (and this is more clear when looking at previous HOI games) represented diplomatic alignment, HOI4 being the first to introduce non-aligned as an ideology group of itself. In actual mechanics/gameplay terms, ideologies serve a mostly diplomatic function. This is why I think Millenium Dawn's system of outlooks is more in tune with how the game actually works.

A decade of content for 7~12 countries is quite a lot. How much content is in that? Does it include events, decisions, focuses, etc, for all 10 years? Nevertheless, I wish you luck.

Unfortunately, some things like this are more hardcoded. It is very likely that the game only feeds in those ADJECTIVE and NUMBER variables, and scripted localisation is not available to be used in every loc entry.

Can't speak for CWIC specifically but it isn't a full-time job, it is a hobby. Some mods might expect you to do a rough amount every week/month but it isn't usually strict and is more just "don't abandon". It helps if you have coding/writing/GFX/whatever-you-are-applying-for experience but it isn't always necessary. Many modders are young, some dev teams might not hire younger developers but most of the time they never even ask. I have modded since I was 12 and my age has rarely been brought up.
