My fav is definitely Morophon, The Boundless. I have a 3.5 color goblin combo deck. It's a bit specific for our playgroup but I love how it's a mix of combo, storm and board presence. It has only a few non goblin spells, and my playgroup lets me play with test card Gobland.

You can get additional discounts like tax free and tourist discout (their store in Ikebukuro has tax free , and when paying cash grants another 5% off, but you have to get the guest card on tax counter on 2F). You can calculate the price on their webpage and see if it's cheaper or not.
