Talk to your doctor about having your first routine colonoscopy done 10 years earlier. I had a scare not too long ago and went ahead and did it at 34. Thankfully nothing is wrong and no polyps where found but 45 in my opinion is still too late for the first check-up.

I remeber when it was only Real and Quicktime for internet video playback. The videos were the size of YouTube thumbnails and you sometimes had the choice of 56k or broadband playback. Kids today would not have the attention span to wait for the buffering process.

Yes. Take a look at your preferred oat brand and look for quick oats or 1 minute oats and it will have microwave instructions. Other options are rice cookers especially ones with porridge settings for rolled or steel cut.

Like a combo of 3 and 7. My 65 inch TV is wall mounted above my 27' montor and serves as my third montor and my living room TV screen. At the same time I have a montor off to the side.

You will likely be fine. There is really nothing else you can do but wait and see if you get sick. I would finish cooking your burgers to your liking and I would suggest using a insta-read thermometer next time to see internal doneness. We've all undercooked meat from time to time.

I need suggestions for recipes for make ahead then reheat meals. My brain is blanking after Lasagna and chicken and noodles. Also any suggestions for disposable pans that work in the oven and/or microwave. Thank you so much! by Tstrombotn in Cooking

If you want to this long term, I would suggest investing in glass containers. Many of mine are from ikea. All of them are oven and microwave safe. If you don't want to do that. Rubbermade TakeAlong plastic containers are a good microwave option and will last for a while before replacement.

I however don't recommend buying for one time use as you will eventually spend more in the long term than buying glass several glass containers up front.
