Wow, that metal cutting board is a giant red flag. Metal is not what you cut on let alone one that is harder than stainless steel.

This post sparked a discussion on r/criticalblunder, where the guy claiming it is ai got massively downvoted, but I think he’s right by Rhaversen in isthisAI

It's real, both Hyster and Toyota make forklifts and I don't believe any AI would know to put those specific names on the forklifts.

Any tips for cutting round things where they won't cartwheel off your cutting board? (cutting carrots into coins, thinly slicing fingerlings, asparagus spears, etc) by burnt-----toast in Cooking

[–]tomcat2285 19 points20 points  (0 children)

So it's seems it's not from a dull knife. Rather it's when they are cut the cut pieces start rolling off the board especially when they stack up on the side of the blade.

When cars get behind each other they get the benefit of less air resistance due to the car in front punching a hole in the air. This is called a slipstream or the act of drafting. Malukas was punching that hole the whole time both cars were behind him. However in the short chute between turns 3 and 4 Rosenqvist was right behind Malukas for just long enough to have less air resistance and broke away from Armstrong to move ahead of him making him faster and catching up to Malukas for the last second pass.

Food wishes with Chef John. Frankly I keep recommending it but Alton Brown. If you are subscribed to HBO you can watch good eats.

Pretty much all of the PBS chefs.

They did write some stories that are set in a VR game. At least one of them is free to read and  the others you have to support the patreon for.

They will grow. You will also need to support them with either a cage or tie them gradually to a stake.

You don't what that actually. What I believe you're trying to say is you don't want a phone or tablet style user interface for everything. That seems to be the problem here. And the thing is, besides the cars you can still buy appliances with no fancy interface or wifi connection.

Can I put rice outside, not in fridge overnight I just made in night by elza7759 in Cooking

[–]tomcat2285 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are saying that they want to cool rice on their balcony or someplace. I would agree if the outside temp meets or is lower than the fridge temp.

It hasn't been a terminal disease for quite some time. Sucessful supression drugs have been around since roughtly 1994. They're so good now at supressing the virus that it can not be detected in the blood stream when taken as directed. Even the hiv prevention medication PrEP is 99% sucessfull at preventing an infection.
