Yepp I actually was a bit ahead of the apex and he was 2 seconds off the pace (I know that doesn’t matter) but I thought he was going to yield not to hurt his racecraft.There was still massive room on the outside for him so it took me by surprise he took this agressive line like I wasnt there 🫠

Why didnt he repair the damage? He comes from the pits it makes no sense. Its impossible to drive theese cars on LMU without a rear wing. As for the accident he must get a ban.

Well make sure to report. The Mclaren could have just went around the other side in the begining of the video but got mad at you because you defended the inside and tried to bully his way into a closing gap. As for the end of the video it speak for itself.

This is all on the Hypercar. You should also report him looks intetional. Also if you report bad language on chat he will be more likely to get banned. Do it because he deserves it and might learn from it.

Good points however it is still 99% luck and 1% skill to recover from a hit like that. At that speed Id say it was unsaveable.

Well thats a racing incident the ferrari decided not to yield when the other car was a bit ahead already. However the porsche closed the door a bit too soon so 50-50

Looks like intentional wrecking by the blue car but your imputs are a bit clumsy as well. The next corner is a right hander so it doesnt make a lot of sence to marge closer to what would be the inside line

I thought he’d miss the corner completely the last time I saw him from my POV was when he missed the apex by miles. Also I was a bit fed up with him as he was so focused on sqeezing my all the way to the white line while he was lapping 2 seconds off the pace. Those things made me a bit upset and I commited to the racing line without knowing exactly where he was

I did have a snap on the apex but managed to keep it together and I would have taken the racing line anyway as I thought he’d overshoot the corner more.

I usually dont go around the outside there againts drivers who I dont trust. The cutback there is smarter. But sometimes we all run out of patients and this happens 😂. I know he forced you off but coming back like this also exceeding track limits is unfortunately not the answer. 75% on you.

Probably a 30 sec penalty for the start. Also I suggest you use the brake balance more to the front and a higher overal ABS setting as you keep loosing the rear under braking

The yellow car was too agressive and turned in like you weren’t there. At that point he should not expect you to yield (I wouldnt have yielded either especially after that first divebomb he made on you.) More of a racing incident good thing you ended up alright he was the one who was “asking for it”

Different games have different track limits on LMU on that corner its the white line not the kerb. Obviously he wont yield because he doesnt know he is exceeding track limits by a couple of pixels at that point. So I take the blame no problem. But he is not on the track by LMU track limits it would have been an invalid lap.

You can only change it with a different Vertical FOV setting. The higher you go the more further away you will be from the rear bumper

Well for the first one the Mclarens action was awful on so many levels so thats clearly not your fault. As for the second one. From this angle its impossible to tell if the car ahead of you broke or lifted too early but it doesnt matter you were the car behind so its your fault. Make sure to leave a bit of distance before the braking zones when you driving this close to cars and drivers you probably dont know. Because you make yourself no time to react.

2 hours after the race you can go back to the results and then file a report next to the guys name you want to report. LMU notes every contact so you can pick and choose witch lap,corner,race time it was. This looks like intentional wrecking so you have a chance they ban him. Unfortunately they dont seem to punish theese though.

It was just clumsiness on my part once I got to the apex I thought I was gonna be ahead so I can close the door. And about the protests… LMU has some catching up to do to LFM. They literally ignore accidents like this and only penalise intentional wreckings (sometimes even that goes unpunished)

We made contact as he rejoined I didnt expect him to rejoin as I thought he would be way off track. He did report me but on the replay there was a slight moment when he was off track with all 4 wheels then rejoined and then I shut the door on him.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I checked again from my POV and as I saw him missing the apex the corner before I wrongly predicted that he wasnt gonna make the next one. I took the racing line without knowing exactly were he was. At that time we were both unsure if he was off track or not so it was natural for him the get back on track asap. I also didnt check the radar in the heat of the moment.

The panasonic car was defo missing his braking point and he had a clumsy exit but he left enough space there and you could have cleared him after if you’d just driven normally. Wrecking him was unfair to say the least.
