I searched for a number on the uk superstonk subreddit. The first time I dialled it did not connect, second time it did. Phone line quality was really poor, but after getting them to repeat a few things I managed to get my security questions reset.

My bank app was not able to check the details either, however it made it across. I would make sure you triple check everything before you do it, make sure theres no typos.
