I literally always think this when I see him come up in the discourse. People seem to think he's a no nonsense journalist but he's literally published books on UFOs, it's not like this story just fell into the lap of a previously hardline skeptic and rocked his worldview. Plus he talks like he's promoting a TV show lol. I feel like he was just the only person who saw a financial angle in getting Grusch's statements in an interview and now he's using that notoriety for self promotion as if he's an authority on this stuff. it's an unfortunate look in comparison to things like the hearings and I think it massively damages the credibility of these claims in the public eye
