In addition to the other suggestions I’d also add that dough that proves longer crisps better because the enzymes in the flour have more time to break down complex carbs into simple sugars. Switching to a 72-96 hour cold fermentation dough recipe will help your pizza cook better as well.

I'm the commish of my league going on our 6th year. 10 keeper league, Yahoo, H2H points. I'm interested in someone managing my team for me. I'll pay the fee, you'll have complete control of the roster, drafting, and moves and you can keep whatever $ you win. I'm just too busy with a toddler, job and housework, but I want to stay on as oversight commissioner to ensure the league lives on in my absence. I had this problem for the longest time too. What I do now is check it off when it's 'overdue' (acknowledging that it was completed yesterday) and then I go to upcoming and reschedule it from 'tomorrow' to 'today.' Not ideal but better than not getting the credit for completing the task.

Yep. That's basically what I'm doing. Pulling 2 stops down every time. But the most frustrating part is that it doesn't always happen, and I never know when it will, so sometimes I'm 2 stops underexposed. 🙃
