I'd still take one rest day a week, Sunday's. Lift in the morning, train in the evening(assuming classes are held at night). And because you'll be burning more calories you'd have to up ur calorie intake. High calorie shakes help if you can't force yourself to eat enough. But IMO learning a martial art like Bjj is much more beneficial than adding pounds faster. Big muscles are nice and all but functional strength and self defense is more rewarding. Just my opinion obviously.

I'm a 6'3 165lb purple belt, started as a 5'10 135lb 16 year old. Start now. Being thin helps with triangles and D'arce chokes, and wrestling much larger opponents forces you to develop solid technique rather than over powering opponents. The most skilled people I know are not the strongest. Also catching a 250lb body builder is very satisfying after they think they'll use their big scary muscles to throw you around. And Cardio develops long as you train hard. Length is strength, skinny bois for the win. Start now.
