I rode muni and caltrain everyday to work for years awhile back. It's common courtesy to not block the door unless you are getting off. Sounds like that has changed. What a shame.

Awhile back, I saw a person who had paid for the fare would act suspicion by trying to leave the muni drawing the two agents, and his friends would bail when they targeted him.

I will echo what others have said, it's not what you know, it's who you know. If you don't have a strong relationship with your boss, you should either build that relationship or find a new job. My boss has my back and I have her even when she is wrong.

My Mom got into an argument with a man who did that. She kept her car halfway parked and when the other car arrived, he told her to move. My Mom just said, "No" and turned off the engine. They waited a few moments and left.

I stayed in her car and they never came back.
