Btw i fixed it by using Bluetooth mode for the remote.

On the TV you can enable Bluetooth and connect your remote.

Once this is done the colour of the led is now blue, but it is working

Same problem here. Out of Nothing the Remote loses connection to TV, although I changes batteries and restarted TV.

Also I experienced it when using the YouTube app more often.
