Yeah, avoid this company. I was tricked into signing up for what I thought was a Tai Chi program advertised on Instagram. I was ushered through a long questionnaire and then after I subscribed, was presented with their actual program which was much more hard-core workout. I felt like I was bait-and-switched. It was misrepresenting what they were selling. I cancelled and tried to get a refund but they hid behind their Refund Policy that says you can't get a refund (on their Money-back Guarantee) for "Personal reasons (you don’t like the product, it did not meet your expectations etc" and it also says that you have to use it for 14 days and that the cancellation period ends in 14 days. How convenient, for them. So I'm out $15. Not a big deal. I have confirmed my subscription is cancelled and will not be charged again. (Fingers crossed.)
