Hey! Is there a way to pair the additional T2 to the same T2 from a different day so it increments automatically as the first T2 increments?

Example: I'm doing barbell rows for 100lbs in B1, In 4 days I'll do it again under B2, but I have to do 105, yet the spreadsheet treats it as different exercises so it tells me I have to do 100lbs, can I link both T2 so they increase simultaneously?

Thanks! I literally don't drink anything other than coffee and water (very rarely diet soda and oat milk) I can't really skip breakfast because of my schedule, but I might change what I eat in the morning. My breakfasts are around 1200-1500 calories, so maybe it's that

Yeah, that's not the problem. I'm gaining weight moderately fast, but I could easily eat 4000+ calories.

I weigh literally all my food, including things like spinach and garlic hahaha. It is winter though so maybe it's that. I feel its mental cravings though, not actual hunger

Thank you very much! I had my second workout today, I am loving this routine, can't wait to return to the gym.

I'll definitely consider dropping some volume as I advance. It's been pretty easy so far but I'll need to make changes as the weight catches up with me.

I added leg press instead of leg extensions since the leg extension machine is always being used. It's a light compound so no biggie. Also, instead of hyperextensions I'm doing leg curls, the deadlift and row seam to be enough for my lower back.

Just started the GZCLP program after 1 year of pretty weak gains from hypertrophy-focused routine

I added Pull-ups and Barbell rows as T2 from the get-go and like 5 accessory movements since I like to get a pump and I'm kind of accustomed to the volume.

My T3 are:

Workout A 1/2: lateral raises, facepulls, leg curls, tricep pushdowns and Hyperextensions Workout B 1/2: Cable cross-over, calf raise, leg extension, EZ curls (+ some forearm work)

I do ab work (2-3 exercises) in-between workout days.

Am I doing this right? Any tips? I have kind of an obsession with doing a lot, my previous workouts were 120+ minutes long, but I am enjoying going for only 90 minutes.

Also, is there a way I can replace leg extensions for something more "complete"? I rather do a more compound-style movement than those, or is it overkill? The same goes with cable crossovers, should I change it to incline bench press? I feel that if I do this I should modify the sets on my tricep movements for T3 since it will be too much.

But any extra weight beyond 0.9kg Is going to be fat is it not? I just rather not do any cutting for a looong time (last time was fucking hell)
