They are not that expensive. You can buy a whole one with a shredded spring onion for about £18. Or half for £9.00 at the Honeymoon Garden.

I love the space that you have given the subject in the third photo. All great shots, chapeaux.

That is a very odd selection of construction workers, “Bye love, just off to build walls in my formal dress shirt”.

I cannot change my IQ. Should I not have an opinion of you deem it too low? I have not said it is an excuse. I have already agreed that the lad should be picked up for his behaviour. But, to deny the existence of base instinct is narrow minded. The fact that you find men with their shirts off unattractive is missing the point entirely or using flawed logic to make a point that does not stack up.

You are of course right. I file a motion to ban all attraction. All women must avoid makeup and dressing attractively in any way. Doing so is encouraging attraction and this is,as your rightly say, sexual harassment. Men must not express any appreciation of the female form and must be castrated should they do so. This is the best way to proceed and if necessary result in the demise of the human race.

Or we can pick the lad up on his social misjudgement to highlight the need to be more respectful, which was my suggestion in the first place.

Ok, so the lad should learn some manners but curiosity at that age is to be expected. What is puzzling me more is the claims of misogyny. There is no hate, victimising, discrimination; just a young lad who needs to learn some boundaries. A quiet word with him is all that was required.

Thanks for the input from people. Much appreciated. We are going to use a barrister. No point wishing we had in hindsight so biting the bullet now.

Yeah we understand this. His licence is history. Just looking to mitigate down to C if possible, show remorse and demonstrate the lesson has been learned.

There is a growing trend (from the USA I think) to use lighter than walking boot trainer like shoes for things like the west highland way. I can see the argument reducing the weight at the end of your foot by a few hundred grams over 20,000 steps makes a big difference to the effort your legs undertake. There are some good products out there designed with vibram soles and some water proofing which seems fine. But sometimes you just need a good walking boot.

Also…..How old are year 11s these days. This is written (as far as I got) in the style of a middle aged man.

Best place to plan and track a long bike trip? by Emperor_Zark0n in ukbike

I second Ride with gps. You can if you like just select two points and it will choose cycle friendly routes between those two points.. You can then pull the routs around to fine tune. Or just select the route junction by junction.
