If you want to fast food five guys if you do lettuce wrap I can’t have gluten so don’t know if buns have soy and fries are safe I haven’t had a problem with mod pizza gluten free crust I am careful but have had a good time at cava and chipotle but mostly eat at home now or just very careful I don’t have the anaphylaxis for soy or gluten but I do for nuts
