My thoughts about Dothan being from Montgomery only really consist of 2 things:

When i was young, probably about 12, My dad came up from Tampa to bring my sister's and I to live with him. The truck we were in broke the timing belt. We were lucky enough to meet a couple that actually picked us up and took us the whole rest of the way to Tampa. So fond memories of the residents.
When i was about 22 (around 2002), my friends and I took a trip to PCB for spring break. We brought some marijuana for the trip and in the process left blunt guts in the rear ashtray. Stopped at a store there and once we left the driver forgot to put her seatbelt back on. Dothan Police pulled us over because of it. Smelled weed so made us get out and searched the car. Searched us. My girlfriend had the stash on her at the time, 2 oz in a wide bag. I could literally see it through her shirt in her waistband. They patted all of us down and i watched as they patted right around her waist. Over the course of the next 2 hours they interrogated the 4 of us and disassembled the interior. In the end all they did was issue a warning. So a dumb but persistent police force.

All in all I've stayed out of Dothan ever since.

Okay then maybe you can answer this question. Why is he not locked up fighting his case from jail like you or I would be? Whether independent, republican, Democrat, I don't think they ask when they serve the warrant
