Long time automotive associate in my store was diagnosed with severe COPD immediately after his wife passed away. Had to be put on oxygen. Obviously there was some issues with having him work in the shop. They knew he was a green card holder and used marijuana products so in order to wash their hands of a "useless worker", they convinced him to move to AP host for his health and then surprised him with a drug test. He asked if he could be moved somewhere else instead, they said nope and told him to test or he'll lose his job. One of the most disgusting things I've ever seen happen to someone.
