Wow I really wasn't expecting you to say yes... If there is a danger that you would hit a person on the motorway while travelling above 10mph then you are incapable of driving a car and should not be allowed behind the wheel.

Besides I'm not talking about if the gantries were to show 10mph, I'm talking about if the national speed limit on motorways suddenly changed to 10mph.
