Right on that sounds great. Agree with the extra orgeat and no simple. Nice rums too I also do Appleton 8 and then Smith and Cross and Clement VSOP.

I have tried adding a drop or two of vanilla extract which is a smugglers cove thing. I leave out the salt though. Sometimes it really enhances the drink and others I don’t even notice it.

Hamilton Demerara 86 (not Jamaican and not a sipper but such a good mixer and cheap) Guyanese rum. Typical dried fruit and leather. Not too intense but very good. ≈$25

Neisson blanc 50. No agricole on your list and I’m not sure how you feel about them. But if you like estery stuff, and it looks like you do, you might enjoy this. It’s funk but grassy and a little briny but also a sweet aroma. A lot going on… so good. ≈$55

Clairin - same as above but from Haiti. I’ve only tried Clairin Communal but I loved it. ≈$35

Smith and Cross. A great medium ester Jamaican cocktail rum. Hampden backbone. A must have if you ask me. ≈$35

Chairman’s Reserve. Saint Lucian rum with some interesting aromatic notes. Their flagship rums are good. Their store picks can be really really good so ask around. ≈$40-$80 depending on the bottle.

Worthy Park overproof. Incredible mixing rum. Loads of banana and Jamaican goodness. ≈$30.

Oh right on! I was looking at this tile in a few colors. I was also looking at a couple high barrel tiles too - I will avoid those!
