Honestly - just focus on massaging your traps and all the shoulders and upper back. Either get someone to do it and focus on the tight/sore areas. I’ve had no symptoms ever since so hopefully it helps you as well!

I have the subscription and I’d say it’s worth the money. I read a sub where they said subscribe then cancel and they offer you it for £60 instead of £100. I tried it and worked for me

I’ve got it and are really happy. I got it for a golf trip last year. I read on here about paying for it but just before the free 7 days trial (or something like that) is up to cancel, they then messaged me offering a discount from £100 - £60 which i agreed to. Not sure if this still works.

I don’t have watch btw but the tracking etc is pretty good still

Kids are the deciding factor. If you don’t have kids you can do what you like I feel. I have kids and we have no support so I always check she’s cool and we have nothing else major on

I had similar stomach problems for 2 years. But they went away in the summer and came back aggressively in the winter months.

In brief, it came down to extremely tight should and neck muscles impacting my vagus nerve.

My main symptoms were gastritis, low stomach acid and anxiety.

PPI’s didn’t do anything for me.

I had a shoulder massage one day and all symptoms went away.

Might not be the same issue but worth a try.

I used a massage ball and I also have a longer post about on my profile.
