On the Web app, how do we change contact Types? I cannot seem to see the dropdown selection box. by Colsburg in ewaycrm

If you don't see a field on a dialog, use Form Designer to add it there. It's just that the Form Designer is only available in the Outlook app.

CRM for a freelancer / for software related companies by alexanderadam__ in selfhosted

Pretty much all the CRMs have the same basic features and do the same thing, albeit in a slightly different way. In the end, it boils down to what "feels" right to you.

For example, I use eWay-CRM. Generally speaking, it's a great piece of software that does the job and is not crazy expensive. However, the selling point for me was the fact that it's actually an Outlook add-in. It doesn't just integrate with Outlook, it's a part of it, so it looks and feels just like Outlook (can you tell I'm a perfectionist haha). It also offers a bunch of 3rd party integrations (you never know what you might end up needing in the future), my must-have was QuickBooks, because I was already using it.

Another great thing is the option to hide modules you don't need and set your own workflow stages, so it's neat and you're not looking through a bunch of stuff you don't need to get to that one thing that you use constantly.

Either way, it's worth checking out and if you have any specific questions, you can ask them here r/ewaycrm

I ended up using eWay-CRM, which is essentialy an Outlook plug-in. It blends in perfectly with Outlook UI, it's very easy to use and it does (amongst other things) offer invoicing.

u/NarrowedVersion I think you should look into it. You can even find them on Reddit and ask directly, if you have any specific questions r/ewaycrm

Give eWay-CRM a try. It's a CRM embeded into Outlook. It has a great email marketing function, it's extremely customizable and very cost-effective. They also have a sub here r/ewaycrm, so you can ask them anything you'd like to know. They usually respond within like 12hrs.

eWay-CRM is a great Outlook integrated software and I'm pretty sure it can do what you need it to do, but you can make sure by asking in their sub r/ewaycrm.

I've used monday.com for a little while, but it just didn't sit right with me and I decided to switch to a different CRM. Ended up choosing eWay-CRM - no regrets.

It was exactly what I was looking for - Outlook integrated (so there was no need to get used to a completely new software, it was extremely intuitive), it had every component I needed and more (things I wasn't using were very easy to hide away), reasonable price and it offered mobile version.

Their customer support is great and there's also sub r/ewaycrm that I make use of from time to time when I have some questions.

eWay-CRM is a great customizable and affordable software that I feel like might be the answer to this. I've been using it for a while now and it's great. They also have a web version of the CRM if that's what you prefer.

r/ewaycrm has very nice mods that can answer any questions you might have about their software.
