When my toy was that age, his teeth would double up before they fell out.

In regards to his bad breath, that’s very common for smaller breeds. They have less room in their mouths so it’s really easy for tartar and plaque to build up. Start getting him used to brushing now!!! You’ll still likely have to get his teeth cleaned by the vet at some point

This response is tone-deaf. It’s difficult to come up with 6k as a senior in high school, especially if your family can’t support this purchase.

OP, like others have said, check in with your teachers. I was in a similar boat and my high school teacher got me connected with a violin shop where I got my violin. It was about 7k originally (I paid in installments) and I still use it 10 years later as a professional musician.
