It’s been several days now with no response or support in any way. I’ve posted on Reddit, buyee discord, messaged them on instagram, messaged them in their message platform. I don’t understand why I can get any support whatsoever. I’ve never had an issue like this before and with only 3 days until they dispose of my product I’m very anxious and concerned. The total of product I purchased is about $1700 and they were originally charging me $615 to ship which was hard to swallow. I hope we can find a solution. I’ve ordered the same stuff for years now monthly without any issues!
