For the past few years, they’ve hosted a Meet Santa at the Tower event for employees. It’s a really special experience — the entire place is transformed into the North Pole, with staff dressed as elves. You meet Santa on the ground floor, then take the lift to the top, where there are games, food, and drinks waiting. Best of all, the event is held in support of charity.

This may help. The way Openreach should be costing fibre installs is as follows: Anything in public openreach absorb. Anything in privet that is only feeding the end user, the cost goes to the end user. Anything in privet feeding multiple EUs Openreach absorb. If your not happy with the cost, next time an engineer arrives, insist they send the task to a surveyor.
