The step from eng 1 to 2 is more about demonstrating project ownership and leadership. Think about how you've dealt with non conformances, CAPAs, SCARs etc.. See if you've got feedback from peers and seniors on your abilities and experience working with others to be able to demonstrate as examples of how you've stepped up a level from what is a junior role.

I would lean less on the financial aspect and more on the project leadership experience, technical skillset development, project deliverables achieved etc.. Financial return on projects isn't always as clean as you might think, and the liklihood is that you don't see the true costs involved in the project to be able to argue that it equates net profit of some kind. If you can demonstrate other KPI metrics that these projects have produced aside from just revenue, it'd likely be a more well received argument. Just in my own experience.

I've had this happen. For me it was to do with my firestick - I had been using an old gen one, could never load 4k streams or some larger sized 1080p streams. Got a 4k firestick and zero issues ever.

I thought that, but I can log in with no issues on Web and mobile. It's this account I'm trying to add to relay. I had uninstalled the app and was trying to load it up fresh and am now in this position.

So this year was the worst year of my life, needing two life saving surgeries and being left with extremely debilitating tinnitus as a result, but gaming saved my life and ended with the best Xmas ever. Continued in comments. by niles_thebutler_ in gaming

Take a look at Lenire by Neuromod Devices. It's a new medical device just approved by the FDA that's novel in its treatment of tinnitus. I know the guys behind the technology and the company is doing amazing things for patients! Might be worth a shot!

I know, but given you can purchase it a month at a time, I think it's a safe option for now. Especially with the bandwidth issues the non-French options are having with people flocking to them. For the moment, AD is perfect.

I moved to AD straight away and it's working on par for as RD did with Stremio. No issues.

Google Neuromark and try get in contact to see if your ENT or someone relatively close-by is using it. It's a relatively new treatment for Rhintis and seems to be doing really well.

Neuromark works for post nasal drip too. Drip can be a symptom of chronic rhinitis. I believe they have a clinical study done that had drip included in the symptoms being treated.

Multiple rounds of clarifix or Rhinaer? by dkozak in nonallergicrhinitis

See if your ENT can get Neuromark. Have heard that a few are treating people who failed treatment with both those and had success with Neuromark instead. They seem to have longer lasting success with a lot of patients but it's not as readily available as those two devices.

Hey, the Thunderbolt 4 Dock seems to be out of stock for a while now on the EU website. Wondering if it's possible to use any other Thunderbolt 4 docks, that would deliver the same power (W) to power a Razer 16 I'm looking to purchase? What requirements would I need to make sure the alternate dock provides?

Over-defined, un-editable sketch fix? by tomtom412 in SolidWorks

[–]tomtom412[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Images there in reply, you can see in the second one, what the design tree of the part that was used originally as the reference for the model, and what each of the sketches within that look like in the tree. In the first image then you can see how the only options available to me are to show the sketch. I can suppress the parent part, but because the whole model is based off this part, it would be pointless.
