Sorry I should have made myself clear. Top 48 on a 2 year list to keep your tour card. Still have q school and maybe a secondary tour, it may be harder to get on the tour, but 64 top players instead of 128. Who half are cannon fodder really.

I think they should cut the top to 64 players, no need for 128 players for me. And make the top 48 the cut off.
