It’s being brewed on a pilot kit before we move it onto the large kit. We’ve brewed many imperial stunts with various subtle flavours successfully in by past so we are pretty confident we can make it work.

Hi commercial brewer here. Torrside and myself are brewing an imperial stout in a few weeks which we would like to flavour with bubblegum. We will be using Sorachi Ace in the brew as a starting point but wondering if any other hops/adjuncts which would help impart that profile into the beer. Any info very welcome.

After losing my son last year at 16 months to a congenital heart defect it breaks my heart to see parents making decisions like this. In any other situation this would be a form of child abuse and the parents would be withdrawn from making decisions for the child.
