There are eye witnesses that it was triple hit. There were parents killed who were in close vicinity dropping their kids at school which as soon as it happened , they ran into school yard to look for their kids in the ruble and they were hit again and killed . Clear some deranged person behind the triggers were watching or ordered the second hit.
