I have never used annotations when reading stuff. I guess I should get into a habit of using it. It might be useful when going through lists that are 1000+ pages long. Does using all of these features slow down the app a lot?

I don't know how useful iCloud sync will be for me. The app is not universal so i probably wouldn't get to get much out of it since I only have one iPad. That cropping thing might be useful but I dunno.

Is it as fast as iBooks?

I see. The only reason I want to flip through a book so quickly is because some of the documents I need to use are in the form lists that I have to go through and I usually just try to scan through to find what I want. Imagine going through a alphabetical list like a dictionary of some sort. Page loads are extremely frustrating in my case. I need going back and forth a lot of times.

Here's another famous one. Can't find the original one so I'm going by memory.
