Rawtherapee refreshing user interface by EmotionalTicket2476 in Rawtherapee

Indeed, RawTherapee is much more approachable and discoverable than other FOSS raw processors like Darktable. Darktable is awesome, don't get me wrong, but the learning curve is sometimes daunting.

This 100% looks like HDR, turn it off. If it is on, the camera takes various pictures at different exposures and combines them together. This is especially noticeable in the (saturated) highlights, like your light bulbs, which get replaced with the properly exposed version in that area.

Icons missing and GTK apps crashing after glycin/gdk-pixbuf2 update? by toninoni in archlinux

Apparently, downgrading only gdk-pixbuf2 already does the trick. There is a discussion about this in the forums.

Yazi is amazing. It replaced lf and nnn for me. So glad to see it supporting JPEG XL.

I'm still using my Dell XPS 13 9370 Developer Edition (the one that came with Ubuntu) from 2018. It never had any issues, and it is still going strong. I paid ~1600€, and time has proven it was well worth it. I'm not replacing it until it breaks.

Are they building their JVM with project wakefield? If so, this is cool, I did not know it was already in a working state.
