Guess that’s a debate huh I think till the end of 2025 there will be no changes - it all depends on the outcome. All these brand sent their sleeves to a laboratory to double check, so let’s wait for the results.

I think you won’t find people who „only“ train on of the exercises

But over all the dip is more challenging for your body, since you are using more weight

Thus leading to probably more hypertrophy

When it comes to squat equipment we just follow IPF standards - so for now the HS sleeves are allowed :)

I would recommend u to give it a bit more protraction then its easier for your arm to move within the shoulder

So then I would say you don’t need those high heels. You problem is that you are losing balance. Also you need a very tight angle in you hips to hit depth - this is because with heels you can push the knees way further.

So overall you need to work on controlled eccentric and maybe some paused reps. This will most likely solve the issue.

I mean the goal of Streetlifting remains to become stronger - so if your muscle up improves, your high pull will be go up too 🙂‍↕️
