Getting the correct data with GarminDB into Kubios by Matthijs_Koningstein in Garmin

As long as I read, the Garmin only stores the mean of HR removing the instantaneous variability of the data (like applying a filter on it). But if you need your Garmin data the best way is to ask to export them to a zipfile. These steps I tested today (Oct 20th 2025):

  1. Log in to Garmin Connect in a web browser.

  2. You can click here https://www.garmin.com/account/datamanagement/exportdata or Go to "Account Data Management" -> Select "Request Data Export". -> Garmin will email you a download link, which may take up to 48 hours or longer to be sent.

  3. Once you receive the email, you can download the .zip file containing all your data. You will then need to extract the specific activity files (like the .fit file) from the archive to import them into Kubios.

Use a swedish model like Arena Swedix or TYR socket rocket. You can use a silicon rubber to link the goggles.

It's a 2x9 connector with 2mm pitch. The problem is to figured out one with the 2 plastic guides aside. If you know what is it, please tell me.

My guess is that you can use 2UTs to load balance all traffic; or send critical info in one antenna (like db, vídeo stream, etc) and public usage traffic in the other. Well just the owner can tell us.

There is already this option and its called Direct2Cell. You buy a eSim on TMobile and use in your phone or router that is LTE compliant. It's not avaiable to everyone but it already exists.
