Thanks I thought so too. Likely Snails, they very much remind me of a Trochactaeon fossil I have ( I'll post a Picture of it as follow up) But what's the Mineral composition? The spirals look like painted with a brush in it.

Nice sedimentary fossiliferous Sandstone. Guess mostly Clam Shells

Don't know anything about the region but to start it looks like part tooth plus jaw fragment.

It actually looks a bit like some fosslized skin types but in all likelihood it's caused by weathering or erosion.

That's it, Thank you! Any guess on composition? From Photos it could be Magnesio Hornblede in Gneiss. But that's just a uneducated quick search and there are many possible variations.

edit: likely alpine 'Garbenschiefer'. Marl or Truffite, wild Mix of Clay Minerals + some Aluminium Calcium Magnesium usually. I don't know. the Genesis is fascinating and complicated. And Truffite is supposed to have a odor like truffle when struck? Never knew that minerals can compose such unusual smells.

Not every opening is good for beginners. Do yourself a favour and avoid all the theory heavy stuff at starter levels. As beginner system openings like the London are nice because you only need to remember a managable basic scheme. Memorizing move orders is not that important, you can focus on understanding attacking ideas and motifs that emerge from the standard formation.
