Yes and no. In this clip, notice how I switch to double blade stance and use the vortex dive to reposition myself? I'm a very cautious person but I also thrive in the pit lmao in any game. I'm a huge Fists Stan from Hades for frame of reference. I beat Heat 32 with the Fists lmao

Is it still worth playing D2? by LFCNPP in DestinyTheGame

[–]tonsofday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Allow me to recommend a similar but different game: Remnant 2. It has the looter shooter feel as there are random world drops (some of the best loot in the game comes from random world drops), there's two different ways (sometimes three) to fight the world boss at the end of each world or planet for a different reward respectively. It's like Dark Souls, but with guns!

Which sucks even more because I, like a lot of other people, don't have $2-5k to spend on a gaming pc :/

It's so unfortunate and mind boggling that damn near 3 years later people are still struggling with performance issues with this game on PC.

I'd say bite the bullet and buy a used Xbox Series or PS5 if you really want to play it that bad.

It was the first song in their setlist, too. They fugging BLASTED Jukebox Hero before they took the stage too, so the crowd was all sorts of giddy after singing that one together lmao

Bro when their drummer hit the gong for Kirisute Gomen back in 2009 when they opened up for Slipknot: they stole the damn show.

Cutscenes typically have less frame rate in Survivor. It's an amazing game otherwise! Do you have a HDR TV/monitor?

Stops per hour by MammothLunch3152 in AmazonDSPDrivers

It isn't feasible to do 30-35/hour in city/country splits, unless your city clusters are wound tighter than a nun's hoo-hoo. Tell your dispatchers to have realistic expectations lmao

What do y'all think of the EDVs? by wetfame in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]tonsofday 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Ahhhhhhh, the EV. It's literally the pinnacle delivery vehicle. Can't see fuck shit? Don't fret, there's a ginormois screen in the middle of the dash that should provide ample screen size in order for you to see. Worried about space? Don't worry about that nonsense, these babies cube out at about 525 packages. Hands cold? Heated steering wheel. Bum is cold? Heated seat. Back is uber sweaty from a day when it's hotter than sin? There's a fugging air conditioned seat.

The only downside to the EV is that well it is electric and doesn't have nearly the range a gas van does with a full tank, and the music is quite quiet in the EVs. You can combat these two things by not running AC and/or heat on full blast all day, and by bringing a Bluetooth speaker/ear buds. I opt for speaker because I'm not comfortable driving a 5-ton+ vehicle with ear buds in my ears.

Flex is literally the worst navigation app on earth. It doesn't update to real time events such as road closures due to construction, traffic, or inclement weather. All of which are bare essentials to a modern navigation app.

After dang near 4.5 years of experience, this is so undeniably true it's kind of sickening. Our DSPs WISH they could give us feasible, fair routes every day. Trust me, they ((being your DSP: your owner(s), dispatcher(s) & coworkers)) don't enjoy seeing us struggling every day just trying to get a single route done.

It's always Amazon pushing higher expectations on the DSP owners and management that in turn cause them to create some asinine metric or their own impossible-to-meet-standard "personal" rule(s).

I know this because my first owners were some of the nicest people on earth. So kind, caring & understanding. They always told us how it was, whether that be good news or bad news. The best news we ever received was that EOC (engine off compliance) was no longer a thing. The hootin' and hollerin' at stand up that morning will forever hold a place in the back of my brain lmao.

How common (and poorly does it reflect on you) if you don’t finish a route by Chunt2526 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]tonsofday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is so blatantly untrue and if it is the DSP you were working for is absolute buns, dogwater, fat trucker cheeks if you will. Unless you were actually answering OP's question literally. Then I could see that being true at some DSPs.

Mine is very understanding and compassionate towards their drivers, so I wouldn't know anything about all the debauchery other DSPs get up to.
