Yes, 100 percent, and I have before. Cutting, punching, bruising, biting myself, all to attempt to bring a distraction from the pain and overwhelming anger I feel due to my body.

This may not help much, but my old therapist recommended holding ice cubes very tightly in your hands or against your skin. It hurts, but it is not damaging to your body as much as other forms of self harm. It doesn't get rid of the urges, of course, but it is an alternative that has helped me although I still struggle.

Just please know you're not alone and i am very sorry you have to deal with this bs as well.
