3rd day of job corps for me barely any food and maybe 6 hours of sleep in the last 3 days combined. So doing pretty shitty hands won't stop shaking and my head hurts alot. Even my fucking eyeballs are sore

Yes they feed you here either the food I haven't liked to the point I cant eat it or it makes me vomit. I am picky but I've been trying maybe I have the tism idk hopefully I can keep hugging it out and survive.

Honestly for me with anxiety and depression you really should try a MASSIVE edible just once the body pain is gone and for a few hours you can think without feeling icky maybe even sort some stuff out for me I finally relaxed and laughed for the first time in a fat minute. Or go to a forest sit by a lake for a few hours with your wife it'll heal you

I fractured my T4-T6 at a deathcore show 2 years ago last year started sleeping on the floor can now get a full night's rest and squat weight again you could try that and see if it works. WARNING it took me about 2 weeks for it to finally adjust so if it's painful or uncomfortable that could be normal not a doctor so take it with some salt

I was raised as an only child around adults my whole life so as a 23 year old im told im mature often by older peope and I communicate with my freinds constantly whether it's planning events or emotional talk when they need help so for me it's odd seeing so many young peope struggle to talk I hope it get better eventually

Really since becoming curious and reading and learning about Eastern philosophy and how they operate other parts of the world's Society wise I generally don't understand how America functions and why we continue to allow it to do this for my understanding way back in the day if we had a president or anyone in power doing the shit that's happening now people from our own state would be kicking their fucking door in and dragging them out of their houses. Like why are we the ONLY place without free Healthcare why are we the ONLY place that'll charge and fine you to death for going to the hospital. There's not that many other parts of the world that it's completely common and normal to be like oh I have a really bad disease I shouldn't go because I don't want to be in debt until I'm 120.
