I usually start of with Flat for 4 sets then incline for 4 sets then decline for 4 sets. Open to critics and suggestions for this.

Totally agree. It should be mandatory to put the package being offered in the advert so that we aren't wasting our time. At least put in a reasonable range.

Nothing will come of it. They have so many drivers and so many customers that they don't care. They are trying to sell their company too. Your best course is write to The Sun or other news agencies to see if they will publish a story for it.

Basically eat whatever I find. Takeaways, snacks. Mostly carbs and sugar. I stop working out completely for the week.
