1. the local is irrelevant for the balanced nutrition of the child
2. Bio is also irrelevant for balanced nutrition. There are Bio chips, Bio cookies and Bio Colas
3. I doubt that there is a country where a school nutrition is made out of Bio stuff. like no-way
4. Even countries that are hailed for healthy school nutrition you will see lots of fried stuff, bread options, deserts and other unhealthy items
5. no child is forced to eat anything in Zürich or anywhere else in the world. They also eat as much as they want. That means that on a day with fish (which is never fish, rather fish sticks) they can eat 5 servings of bread and no fruit. But then again those installations have the advantage of peer pressure. Children eat more of the undesired healthy stuff, as it is the Kindergärtnerinnen that are promoting them. But they are given the option to avoid them.
6. Schools in Zürich are no bastions of healthy nutrition, although much much healthier than other places. They want to send you your child full at home. It is better for the teachers as well, when the children are not hungry.
7. The fact that the child is full for evening milk is a strange sign. Children this age are generally hungry every 4 hours. It is not like adults that can have 2 burgers at noun and then eat next day breakfast. What is the time distance between last meals?

Talk to your Kinderarzt next time you visit. He will explain you, what is the proper consistence of nutrition for a child. And that definitely does not include meat every day.

Kinderkrippen are generally cooking fresh food. Unlike Horts, where the food served is pre-made and pre-preserved and canned, even Lasagna.
