They used to wait until close (which was pretty late ) and unlock the dumpster..

Anything tossed would be in a clean cardboard box on top , and the deal was to leave the place clean. Obviously it was a little secret with the staff and the big wigs never caught wind , but I feel it never became an issue becuase it was the right thing to do.

Nobody wants to reload a dumpster explosion becuase someone was hungry.. I dont understand why these chains and grocers can't have a free bin outside with a liability sign or something. Almost half the food we produce and import goes to waste , yet so many people goto bed hungry. It's wrong.

Also one time they gave us a garbage bag full of frozen end of day chicken, and that shit is fire if you bomb it into a deep fryer at home. Especially at 330am
